2011 winter season begins in the Cerro Catedral Bariloche

Thursday July 14, 2011 - Beginning of the winter season in the Cerro Catedral


Finally the awaited snow came at least for all. The Catedral mountain had a snowy morning. With about 15 inches at the base and 40 inches at the top of the mountain, the mountain is ready to release the ski slopes for skiers & snowboardes.

From today is enable the media for pedestrians from the base, on Saturday July 16, will open the north side of the mountain every day from 9:30 to 16:30 hs.

Residents and tourists enjoy the snow and you now can prepare your ski equipment to start the winter season 2011 in San Carlos de Bariloche.
